When you sponsor a dog you'll be helping
Dogs Trust give an abandoned dog,
who may never be rehomed, a safe and happy life.
As little as £1 a week makes a really big difference.

Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. Every year we look after over 12,000 dogs at our 15 rehoming centres around the country. Your support means we are able to rescue and rehome more dogs who desperately need our help and give them all the love and care they need.
Most of the dogs we look after are found loving new homes, but some of them - because of their difficult pasts, or health problems - aren’t able to settle in a home environment. As Dogs Trust never, ever destroys a healthy dog we will look after these dogs for the rest of their lives. They've got loads of love to give and all they need is a best friend like you so why not sponsor one today for as little as £1 a week.
With over 1,000 stray and abandoned dogs in our care at any one time, we really need your help. We don't receive any government funding and are totally dependent on the generosity of people like you. As little as £1 a week will ensure that your sponsor dog, and others, get a second chance to have a happy life. You know your money will be well spent because only 2p in every £1 received by Dogs Trust goes on administration.
When you decide to sponsor a dog you'll get a best friend for life. You'll also receive regular news from your chum, as well as a sponsorship pack of fabulous free gifts, including a special certificate, a photo of your new pal, a wallet-sized sponsor's card, stickers and more. You can even sponsor a dog as a gift for someone else.

Hi, my name’s Chance and I’m a rather handsome Collie Cross, even if I do say so myself. When I was a wee pup I was left abandoned, tied to a fence. Fortunately a family rescued me and I came to live at Dogs Trust. I love it here and really feel I’ve been given a second chance – that’s how I got my name! Being half Collie, I’m a dab paw on the agility equipment and love to spend a lot of my time perfecting my skills in the training barn at the centre. I'm sorry I can't be visited because I've become quite nervous around people I don't know - but I'd love to send you my updates. Love and wags, Chance xxx
